During 90 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened.
In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to firstname.lastname@example.org
. For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below.
Refunds for returned items will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account.
Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 90-day period following delivery.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, OLIVER & CO. offers free returns. Please follow the procedure below:
1. E.mail us to email@example.com
and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2. You will then receive a prepaid return label which you can use at a DHL depot or through a scheduled DHL pick-up of your package. If you would like to return your product in another way OLIVER & CO. do not offer compensation for the return fee.
3. Package your return item in OLIVER & CO. originial primary packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.
It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.
